What Are The Leasing Options At ZōGia Salon Suites? ZōGia Salon Suites prefers that its salon owners sign one-year leases. However, they are negotiable down to six months. Salon owners signing leases lasting longer than one year may be eligible for special discounts.
What Do I Need To Rent A Salon Suite? Securing a suite at ZōGia Salon Suites is fairly straightforward. All you’d need to do is submit an inquiry (pre-lease questionnaire) form, schedule a tour, submit your application, await review, and upon approval, submit a security deposit to receive your keys as soon as the same day.
How Much Is The Security Deposit? The security deposit is equivalent to two weeks of your suite rental amount.

How are rent payments collected? Payments are conveniently drafted via ACH ensuring a hassle-free experience for our esteemed members.
Are the suites customizable? Yes, at ZōGia Salon Suites, we wholeheartedly encourage each studio owner to cultivate their unique brand identity and deliver an exceptional experience for their clientele. Each studio will be painted to give the facility a fluid, upscale appearance. However, salon owners may decorate their individual studios with other materials that fit their individual styles and clientele.
What Are The Lease Renewal Perks? 6 Months: $50 Gift Card 12 Months: $100 Gift Card & 1 week of free rent.
Is ZōGia Salon Suites just for hair stylists? No. ZōGia Salon Suites leases studios to a wide variety of beauty and wellness professionals, including hair stylists, lash technicians, massage therapists, makeup artists, estheticians, and others.
What furnishings can I expect with my studio? ZōGia Salon Suites furnishes each single studio with a lockable door, styling chair, and shampoo bowl or sink. Double studios include two styling chairs (optional) in addition to the furnishings listed above.
May I set my hours? Yes. As a business owner, you are able to work hours that fit your own schedule and those of your clients. Tenants will have 24/7 access to your suite.
How many studios are available at your location? Our location has 18 individual and double studios. Each suite has plumbing for a shampoo bowl or sink.
May I sell styling products from my studio? You may sell the products you use or support from your studio. However, you are not obligated or expected to sell styling products.
